We collect only the necessary information to provide services such as bookings, notifications, and project pickups. Your personal information is never shared or sold, and we use secure systems to safeguard your data.
In our studios, safety is a top priority. Our staff follows strict hygiene and safety protocols when handling materials, tools, and equipment. We also ensure that all DIY projects are age-appropriate and supervised when needed, creating a fun and secure space for everyone.

Item Storage Limit
At Hello Pottery, we do our best to safely store your finished and unfinished items. However, due to limited space, we can only hold items for up to 30 days from the date of your visit or project completion.
Items not picked up within this timeframe may be discarded or donated. We kindly encourage all guests to return promptly to collect their creations and avoid any loss.
