As of now, Hello Pottery is no longer offering shipping services for any projects or purchases. All items must be picked up in-store.

At Hello Pottery, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases or completed projects. However, if your item experiences any damage, we are happy to repair it free of charge.
