• Paint Your Own Pottery projects require a $12 firing fee per pottery piece. This fee includes glazing, preparation, and kiln firing.
• All other DIY activities require a $5 studio fee per project.
Yes. Most non-pottery DIY projects can be taken home immediately after completion.
Yes! We offer large group reservations and private party packages.
Reservation fees and deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available with advance notice, subject to our booking policies.
Seating is reserved for participating guests only. Due to limited seating, non-participating guests may not be accommodated during busy periods.

No. Hello Pottery does not offer shipping for completed projects or finished artwork. All items must be picked up at the studio.
Finished projects will be held for 30 days after notification of completion. We encourage guests to pick up their projects as soon as possible.
Projects not picked up within 30 days may be discarded, donated, or otherwise removed from storage to make room for new projects.
Yes. Please provide the name of the person picking up your project and ensure they can identify the order at pickup.
Please contact the studio before the 30-day pickup period expires. While we will do our best to accommodate special circumstances, shipping is not available and all projects must be picked up in person.
